Relationship Therapy  with Matt....

Sometimes we can get stuck in a rut. This can apply to all areas of life and this includes our sexual and romantic relationships. You might be struggling in your relationship, feeling lost, low libido or maybe you or your partner have experienced trauma in the past that is affecting your sex and relationship life.

Sex, relationship and intimacy therapy for couples or poly partners can support::

  • A stuck relationship

  • Differing sexual tastes and goals between partners

  • Sex problems such as:

    • Old or current addictions

    • Problems with cumming (premature or prolonged)

    • Difficulty reaching orgasm

    • Painful/dry sex

    • A loss of feeling/sensation

    • Feeling unhappy with your sex organs

  • Infidelity or a breach of boundaries in open relationships

  • Porn addiction experienced by one or more partner/s

  • Loss of libido

  • Feelings of jealousy

  • and more.

These can cause frustration between partners and feelings of guilt if one partner is struggling more than the other. Exploring the reality of the situation can help you to accept what is and support you both (or more if you are polyamorous) to move forward.

For sex, relationship, intimacy and couple therapy, Matt works with:

  • Adults over 21

  • Individuals

  • Couples

  • Polyamorous partners

  • Small groups via online workshops

You might be a:

  • Gay couple

  • Straight couple

  • Bisexual

  • Non defined / fluid

  • Polyamorous

  • Male

  • Female

  • Transgendered

  • Intersex

  • Genderqueer/neutral

  • Non defined / fluid

Taking some time out to sit with Matt, to reflect on your current relationship and to then identify your goals can really help you to reset your relationship. It might be helpful to get some practical tips - what works and what doesn't - he is happy to use his wide range of experience to support you with this.

You may be aware of the fact that you and your partner have different ideas around sexual pleasure and intimacy. How can Matt help you with that?

Improve your relationship - enjoy intimacy again - set new sexual goals - reconnect!

NB: Please see the disclaimer on the FAQ and Home page.

Couples therapy specific to bring sexual goals/tastes together may not always be appropriate.

Disclaimer - often individuals and couples approach a sex expert to 'fix' something in their sex lives and relationships. Whilst this may be simple, straightforward and possible: this is sometimes, in fact quite often, a symptom of something else. Matt reserves the right to address these possible issues, and not to explore what he may feel is simply a distraction. Please see FAQ's for a deeper dive or if you're ready, make your appointment.
