Behind the screen: Commercial sex, digital spaces and working online is a collaborative article in Technology in Society written by the core researchers on the Beyond the Gaze research project including Matt Valentine-Chase. Looking at how digital technology influences professional sex workers in their working lives, the context of commercial sex and sharing some of the findings from the three year study, the largest study to date (Beyond the Gaze) into the online sex industry, working practices and regulation.
